Great place to stay on our way to ski at Lake Louise. Buffet breakfast was very nice in the morning, you do have to pay extra for that. Unfortunately, the whole pool was down, which was very disappointing for my kids. That’s the only real negative I could say about the whole experience. Can’t beat the price!

The room was clean, super comfy bed. Staff was friendly and provided above & beyond information. Pet friendly and provided a surprise pet gift bag with a toy and toilet bags. We would stay here again.

We checked in, 1st off expedia allows me to book with any card, the hotel did not, the website says they have a hot tub, it was not in working order, their website mentions no where that they are under renovations, it was dirty. There was holes everywhere, stains and dust that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. It felt lkke there was eyes on you through all the open spaces, the kleenex boxes, sprinklers and fans we hanging and not sealed, smoke detector was off. The doors didn’t close all the way, you could hear every sound, toilets flushing, people in the room next door. They stated they upgraded me, i couldnt imagine what i was upgraded from, the beds were awful. The pool was small so you couldn't swim unless you were on the slide. The parking was not the greatest had to park beside a barrier taking up my spot and another because it says small cars only, any other spot was full, and the person beside me had parked over the line, my vehicle was dinged by somone opening the door to the building and the side entrance wasnt even locked which I learned when trying to use my room key. Would not stay here again, would encourage others not .to book here, we come to Canmore and Banff at least 2 times a year if not more and stay for the weekend, by far the worst experience.
