Parking garage way too narrow. Our car was damaged. Limited parking in area. The overall feel of the hotel felt "outdated." Carpets in the suits were dirty and run down looking. The location is good for walking to town centre area. Suites are spacious.

The staff is friendly and professional and the facilities are excellent! The pool and hot tubs open early and close at 10 and were well maintained. Great indoor underground parking plus we appreciated the loaner bear spray for our hiking expeditions. The two bedroom suite was fabulous—we had everything we needed from in suite laundry to kitchen essentials and so much space! Clean, modern and fresh! 10/10 would recommend.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were so clean and there was room service every day to clean and tidy up the room. I loved the underground parking garage and it was so close to downtown it was so easy to walk. Will definitely be back!!

Biggest issue was price: we booked well in advance for a wedding and wound up paying 2-3X what the going rate was for a Deluxe room - nice enough, but in no way worth the $500-600 per night we paid for early September.

The view was very stunning.... my children enjoyed the pool and it's warm even it's a little bit windy.... the staff was very friendly. They allow us for a late check out but it depends even the hotel was fully book ot not: overall 10/10 experience with the hotel. We will come back.

We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival to be upgraded to a beautiful suite. The staff were beyond accommodating. The outdoor facilities were just perfect and welcoming after a long day of travel. The only downside is that there was no food available on the property, other than vending machines. Other than that, I highly recommend staying at this place.
