Café da manhã ótimo, com variedade e produtos frescos, funcionários gentis e solicitos, quarto com boas acomodações, achei só que a cama e colchão poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. Precisamos de mais travesseiros e cobertores e fomos atendidos prontamente. Só não gostamos das abordagens da equipe da GAV que ficava nos abordando em cada entrada e saída do hotel, tentando nos levar para as ditas reuniões de 30 minutos que levam mais de 1 hora. No geral gostamos muito do hotel e recomendamos.

As piscinas Não Estavam Todas Aquecidas. o Café de Sábado deixou a Desejar, uma máquina de café não funcionou, Não houve reposição no horário que fomos. Os funcionários Não muito simpáticos do Café. Lajota tava solta na sacada , ralo aberto, mostrei ao Gerente e nada foi feito. Uma cachopa de Marimbondos do lado de fora do pavilhão da piscina. uma cama um lado deformado, acordei com dor nas costas. o Furó, sem tampa com sucção, onde já havíamos falado da x passada, e tinha me machucado, ficou um vergão na perna.

Cafe da manhã bom com bastante diversidade. Chuveiro muito bom. Quarto muito barulhento, me colocaram em um quarto na entrada onde as pessoas entram conversando alto durante toda a estadia tivemos dificuldades para descansar com essa situação. Na chegada ao ligar a TV todos os canais estavam com imagens muito ruim sem condiçõesde assistir, solicitei na recepção ajuda pra ajustes. Esperei por 1 hora e não compareceram para arrumar. Foi cobrado taxa do hotel no valor de 10% do valor pago da diária e 35.00 de estacionamento.

No cheking da entrada um dos funcionários foi extremamente deselegante, não ofereceu a opção dele mesmo preencher os dados no computador, pois a ficha de preenchimento estava com as letras muito pequenas e o ambientes pouco iluminado. Ao ser questionado ele simplesmente não deu atenção e se afatou. Mas aí outro funcionário me atendeu e digitou os dados.
