Gostaria de destacar especialmente o café da manhã, que é simplesmente maravilhoso — muito completo, organizado e com tudo sempre fresco e bem apresentado. Em um dos dias, tivemos um atendimento que fez toda a diferença: um dos recepcionistas, com muita gentileza, antecipou nosso café para que não precisássemos sair em jejum. Esse tipo de cuidado mostra o quanto o hotel realmente se preocupa com os hóspedes. Outro ponto que merece destaque é o ambiente do hotel — sempre muito cheiroso, o que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável e acolhedora. Além disso, o fato de sempre ter café, chá e água disponíveis na recepção é um diferencial incrível, que demonstra atenção aos detalhes e cuidado com o conforto dos hóspedes. Também faço questão de elogiar os meninos que auxiliam com as malas — sempre muito educados, prestativos e ágeis. Eles fazem toda a diferença na experiência e merecem um reconhecimento especial. Outro destaque vai para a camareira Marlene, que manteve nosso quarto impecável todos os dias. Sempre muito bem arrumado, limpo e organizado, demonstrando um cuidado excepcional.
