Lugar aconchegante, mas reservei para 4 pessoas e ao chegar na estadia, só tinha acomodação para 3 , iam fazer uma cama no chão, com o frio de Canela, inviável, além disso queriam me cobrar 120,00 a mais, acabamos dividindo a cama de casal para 3 pessoas. O café era bom, mas não faziam reposição. Pousada bem mediana.

O hotel é muito bonito, confortável e limpo, no meio da floresta atlântica do sul, e não fica longe do centro de Canela ou de Gramado, de carro. Há mercados nas proximidades. O staff é muito solícito, gentil e agradável. Café da manhã perfeito, com muita variedade, a Lucineide é show! Recomendo sem restrições!

Decepcionante

Estive na Pousada há mais de 1 ano e foi impecável, inclusive indiquei para familiares que se hospedaram lá. Dessa vez ficamos em um quarto diferente a experiência não foi boa. Paguei a mais para ter uma banheira com hidromassagem mas não consegui usar pois a água não esquentava, ficava em 33 graus e a noite em Gramado é frio para tomar banho nessa temperatura. O chuveiro começou esquentando mas logo a água já ficava fria. Fui usar a cafeteira (de cápsulas) e estava suja - deixaram uma cápsula lá dentro de outro hóspede, provavelmente. No café da manhã a mesa que estava reservada para nós estava com coco de passarinho em cima, quando olhei pro chão observei que tinha muito coco de passarinho ao redor, fiquei decepcionada. Além disso, o recepcionista que nos recebeu no dia do checkin esqueceu de avisar que tinha um chá de cortesia que era servido no quarto e precisaríamos solicitar. Infelizmente a minha experiência dessa vez não foi boa e fiquei chateada por esses acontecimentos, especialmente por pagar a mais por um quarto com banheira com hidro e não conseguir utilizá-la.
