It was fine experience for our short one night stay. The locker room area was very small and had only one small table to share amongst 50 pods. Showers were hot and clean. The actual sleeping area was separated from the lockers/bathrooms. The door squeaked every time it was opened. The sleeping quarters are like a dormitory. We needed to have eye mask and ear plugs to sleep well. The pods were clean to sleep in but air flow was minimum. You can hear the doors opening and people in their pods. I thought the pods would be more insulated from each other's sounds but it was more like a bunkbed dormitory. breakfast was a nice addition. I would only use for a short term stay at most one night to be close to airport. Building is amongst a commercial district like a Shopping Mall.

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and I’d say there are both pros and cons. Pros: The common areas are generally clean, including the showers and bathrooms. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Cons: If you’re a light sleeper, this place may not be for you. You can clearly hear doors opening and other guests moving around — the soundproofing is not very good. I also noticed the capsule itself had a slight unpleasant smell, possibly from poor ventilation (it reminded me of a “stuffy” or foot odor smell). In terms of safety, I didn’t feel it was very secure, as the capsule door can apparently be opened without a key, which was a bit concerning. Breakfast was very basic — just eggs and two small waffles, with no vegetables or fruit. Unfortunately, I also experienced a power and water outage on the first night. Hopefully this was just bad luck - not happening a lot. Overall: It’s an interesting experience if you’re curious about capsule hotels, but comfort, noise, and ventilation could be improved.

Room was perfect, only thing I didn’t enjoy was the locker. To small to have 50 capsules. Only one table to organize your things and if there is 1 or more people at the same time you is uncomfortable.

Staff support ignored my request to help. It was 90 degrees F in my room and i could not sleep and was sweating all night. I had a long travel day and almost crashed on interstate 75 in Florida from being exhausted due to lack of sleep. I never had this problem and they should have offered a new pod to me where the climate control worked. The lady at the front desk was wearing a sweater and she ruined my stay and others since she kept the heater on for the whole building. The other guest complaint of the the heat as I did even when there temperature control was working. I tried to sleep outside on the terrace because it was a perfect 69 F outside but there was no where to get comfortable. Also 6 inch memory foam mini mattress's would be so called bed cushions are not very comfortable. As usual the breakfast was good and everything else was okay but that was the worst night ever for sleep and i had zero control. I was a frequent customer here but I will never stay here again.

Check-in was easy yet interesting, Im glad I read reviews so I somewhat knew what to expect. Staff throughout our stay seemed annoyed and were unhelpful with local recommendations or suggestions to better our stay. 500 pesos CASH refundable deposit is collected at check-in along with an environmental fee of approximately $4 dollars per capsule per day. Expedia does mention these fees. Capsule was clean, spacious (Queen size), everything was in working order. At night its not the quietest due to some people not following rules to be quiet. Capsule doors are a little loud when you open and close them. Capsule did get warm at times during the night despite having AC on. Nothing major. There is a TV which you will need to use headphones for. If you dont have any you can purchase for 35 pesos. Breakfast portion small but good. Bfast consisted of two eggs, half of a waffle, half of a banana and coffee or tea. Juices and sodas available for purchase (25 pesos). Common areas such as lobby, eating area, balcony, sleeping room (where capsules are located) locker room were very clean. Womens bathroom stalls and separate showers / changing rooms were also very clean. Overall good stay as it was clean, close to the airport, and felt safe.

If you are looking for an affordable stay and will be out most of the day then look no further. Advice ...choose queen size even if you are going alone it feels much better...i don't think i could've done the twin size bed. I slept good....the indoor and outdoor sitting area is nice and comfy to chill but not all day so this is good if you will be out most of the day...free breakfast is a plus...lockers are unisex with separated restrooms.

Fun experience & very convenient spot for the night we arrived in Cancun. Great staff, real eggs & little waffles for breakfast included. They have an airport shuttle for additional charge but we had a rental car. Free parking spaces on the street or paid parking lot. Food time, slept like a baby!
