Parking is available. Although the apartment is very centrally located, renting a car is recommended for getting around Cancun.



Please note there may be traffic noise at night, as the property is located on one of the main avenues.

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The building is located on one of the most important streets in Cancun (La Av. Tulum), it is very easy to take taxis to get to any part of the city. Less than a 10-minute walk away you will find a supermarket, the ADO bus branch that takes you to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, etc., the Galenia hospital (Fertility Center Cancun) and Plaza Las Américas (where you can take the public buses to the beach ).



Getting Around:

The department has free car parking, as well as free external parking.



The public transport stop is a 7-minute walk away. In Plaza las Américas you take the bus that says "CRUISE" and get off at the Municipal Palace, cross the avenue and take Route 1 or 2 that takes you to the "HOTEL AREA".



In the plaza of the Ibis hotel there is a branch of the ADO buses, these take you to Playa del Carmen, Chichen Itzá, Tulum, Xcaret, etc.



Distances:

- 15-20min by car/taxi from Cancun International Airport (the airport is on the outskirts of the city)

- 14 minutes by car/taxi to the Isla Mujeres ferry in Puerto Juárez.

- 7 min walk to Plaza Las Américas.

- 5 min walk to Superama by WalMart (Supermarket) and second ADO truck station.

- 4 min walk to Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun).



Other Things to Note:

There is currently construction going on, so there can be noise during the day. Prices and cancellation policies already take this factor into account.

CONDOMINIUM RULES

-Do not shout in hallways or in the common areas of the building.

-Keep the sound at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb the neighbors inside the apartment and balcony.

-Do not damage the furniture in the common areas.

-Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation are allowed.

-Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

-Drugs are not allowed inside the apartment.

-It is important to take care of all objects inside the studio, try not to break any of them. There will be extra charges for any lost or broken objects, damaged towels and sheets. We understand that accidents may occur, but we believe in the importance of being honest and taking responsibility for your actions.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
