The room was clean, but every day we had to ask for something like towels or toilet paper. Not a good spot for people with mobility issues. One of the circular staircases was incredibly dark and had no railing. The other staircase was okay but not well lit, either. Pool is also hard to get in and out of with no railing, there’s a very high step to enter and exit. Staff were all nice and friendly. Perfect location - close to restaurants and beaches. The room was pretty basic, but the shower has a partial glass panel so anyone inside the room could see some of the person showering.

Stayed Feb 10-16th. Had room #222. Great view of pool and coukd see the ocean in the distance. Room was perfect for us. Plenty of hot water. Front desk ladies were helpful and very nice. Pool is huge and clean. 2 restaurants on site with good food. Perfect location to get to the beach as its like 1 minute away. Would stay again 100%

The bed had hair all over it. We didnt have pillow cases. the balcony was covered in bird poop. TV was fuzzy on every channel. Only 1 outlet in the whole room in the bathroom,.

Love this old hotel! Everything spotless and shower is best you will ever have. Location is best on the island, nice pool and beach setting, and outstanding sunsets. Staff is friendly and down to earth. Can’t go wrong here…!

We did not get service for our room except once. There was construction above our room going on at all hours. We could not flush toilet paper. We could not stream anything on the tv despite it says Netflix and other apps. Apparently no wifi in the rooms I was told. For the price we paid was absolutely not worth being across the west side of what they call north beach. It was cool everyday and thank goodness we asked for a warm blanket. Again no service nor were we even asked. Walls in hotel paper thin and music late in the night especially on the weekend . No very satisfied for what we paid.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The shower leaked out onto the floor too much. No wash clothes were available and didn't always have enough towels for 2 people. The food was good. Access to the pool was great.
