This hotel is a hidden gem! It’s a heavenly getaway for anyone wanting to relax in a comfortable room by the sea with an outstanding view. The private porches with hammocks are a lovely way to relax. The food at the restaurant is delicious (especially the green ceviche!) and they will bring meals or drinks right to you. The staff could not be more accommodating. Fantastic getaway!

Most relaxing vacation ever!! Beautiful, quiet, clean, well maintained, quaint hotel on cliff side with best views of the aqua water and Cancun waterfront! Exceptional staff that was friendly, helpful, and gracious. Stairs down to the water where swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking awaits you. Very pretty and quaint property away from all the business of Playa Norte. Very close to punta sur, only a 10 minute walk. We came to relax and enjoy the beauty and this property delivered. It’s small and older but it’s beautiful and very charming. We would definitely return.

Lots of stairs with uneven steps. The rooms are nice and clean but their bathroom is difficult to use. Every time someone gets a shower the whole bathroom is wet! We had to ask for a squeegee. And if someone is showering no one else can use the toilet. Staff is good and helpful. They have stairs to the access the ocean so you can swim in the ocean but there’s basically no beach. Overall a Fair Hotel for someone who wants a place to stay and explore the island with a golf cart.

This place is a hidden gem! The property and its amenities (great food, comfortable beds, clean pool, and kind employees) make a beautiful, tranquil getaway on the south side of this gorgeous island. But the best part is the wonderful, friendly staff! Hector and Oswaldo are the best.
