Important Note: In this haven of peace and a family atmosphere, our goal is to preserve the tranquility of all guests, so parties and loud music/noise are not allowed at night.

Your stay includes one cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need an additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to notify us in advance so we can schedule it.

We kindly ask you to follow the rules for better coexistence with neighbors and the entire environment:

- The reservation is exclusively for registered guests; no visits or extra guests, including pets, are allowed.

- Please refrain from smoking inside the property or consuming illegal substances.

- The use of speakers is only permitted within the property, during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.

- Please do not use towels to remove makeup or sunscreen.

- The toilets in the area cannot handle paper inside the bowl, and to care for the environment, we ask you not to throw them or any other objects, as it may cause blockages and pollution.

- Hanging towels or clothes on balconies or windows visible to neighbors is not allowed.

- Please do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If you don't know where to dispose of the garbage, please ask us.

- Respect the speed limits when arriving at the property.

- Swimwear is mandatory for pool use. The hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.

- It is not allowed to bring food, glass containers or cups, cigarettes, and balloons to the pool area.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

- Replacement due to the loss of keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards, or towels has a cost of $20 USD each.

- For each rule not followed, the condominium or the neighbors' committee may charge up to $200 USD in penalties or involve the police for eviction due to misconduct.

- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will incur a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use, this limit should not be exceeded.

- You have total privacy on the property. However, in the event of any force majeure where access is required, we will notify you in advance (floods, leaks, fire, etc.).
