When we arrived check in was very slow and it took convincing to not get charged a fee for my Service Dog. Our flight was delayed by almost 5.5 hours so we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. When we got to our room we were given 2 queen beds instead of the king bed we booked unfortunately. Our shower was not able to get hot water it was luke warm at best unfortunately and the water pressure was so low. We were hungry and the only option we had to get food was to go to the 24 hour Go Mart which was not very far away. Room was clean and the continental breakfast was good thankfully. Check out was quick and easy. So this why I rated this hotel 3 out of 5 stars.

The entrance of the hotel was dirty with a big garbage container overflowing with garbage. Employees sprawled on the ground near the container. The young women at the front desk greeted me with a sucker in her mouth and told her college to take care of my reservation cause she didn't understand me. The room was clean but the furniture looked very used and old. The bathroom was nice and clean but didn't have any facecloths. When I ask the desk clerk for one he gave me a hand towel. There was a good variety for the breakfast and the chief was nice and polite. The airport shuttle driver was on time. They could do a lot better with the desk clerks, out of three that I saw only one was acceptable.

Everything was fine my only dissatisfaction it was they said shuffle from airport to hotel included but that was not the case. I ended paying for a Taxy and the hotel did not even give me back the money and that was the main reason I book with them

This property says it offers transportation from the Airport to Hotel, Hotel to airport, NOT TRUE. A week before our stay they message me saying no transportation from the airport to the hotel, at that point it was to late for me to cancel, the day of pick up at the airport they called me to say their Van had mechanical issues and no transportation was going to happen. Front desk offered no solution, nothing! No ice machine! Would definitely not recommend!
