The breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel, ever! Unfortunately not the same for the room, carpet was dirty with crumbs and small garbage all over, dirty splatter marks on the tile, faecal matter still on the toilet seat! The pool slide was a huge disappointment as it was OOS! The pool floor was absolutely disgusting and should have been squeegeed throughout the day.

Hotel had no hot water... when told the front desk they acted like we were being a nuisance.. moved 3 times and finally got a room with working water. after a 6 am flight i nice hot shower would have been nice. Sadly, after this trip i wouldn't recommend or return to this hotel. The front desk acted like this was a new problem to every guest that complained. Being transparent about he issue about it would have made the stay better.,

Our stay could not have been better, to be honest. We had stayed here pretty regularly but not for a couple of years, since my mother passed and we had little other reason to visit this city. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable, the hallway carpeting was new and bright. And, the manager and pnd of the desk staff remembered us, and said that we were always welcome there in our Camrose home 🏡. Breakfast was also good and generous. This is our Camrose home!
