"Our suite was horrendous! For the money we paid there should not have been fruit flies a massively stained couch dirt all over the floor spelled coffee when we first got in there it was gross! The waterpark was OK, but there were kids running around in diapers that were not meant to be in the pool, the bar staff at the Mississippi Grill were so rude and oddly enough they ran out of cheeseburgers, which is not my biggest complaint, but I find that really weird the noise and the level of disgusting took this place to a whole new level and I I went on vacation in Wisconsin Dells and I thought that was bad. It does not compare to this place!"

"If stayed here at least once a year for the last few years, this time there was no hot water in the evening when we arrived. So it was a cold shower situation. But before the cold shower, we noticed there was no shampoo, so I had to go to the front desk to get some. (the room did have conditioner, body wash and soap) probably will stay again, because of the convenience of where it’s located. "

"Well just like everywhere I go I seem to have an issue with my Support dogs not being exempt from fees like it’s stated here! So most don’t claim exemption in their websites or anywhere else so you can imagine the trouble I’m having as I have 2 support animals and I go from planing on no fees to have very high fees! It also starts off my stay with me being portrayed negatively because I just argued with them that why do they claim exemption then when it comes time to check in it’s different! I’ve found that my Registered And Certified PSM Support Animals don’t get to sleep with me anywhere as I book a suite and everytime I’m told they don’t allow pets in those rooms! Then we get booked into stinky pet rooms at Suite prices because they can change it because I book here! So I’ve learned now that it’s hotels.com that says they are exempt when they are not! This property along with most don’t spend the extra pet fee money on cleaning the pet rooms! Our dogs tell us with their nose how clean room is by how much they sniff around! You compile the problem by not properly cleaning the rooms after each stay because most house trained males won’t try marking a spot that’s been properly cleaned! I also know how hard it is to clean up after animals and it’s not fun! Well then if you can’t properly do it then don’t be Pet friendly like you claim because it isn’t at all friendly after we get here and see the conditions! "

"The hotel was great, breakfast was great, room was clean the bed was comfortable. The only thing was we were woken up at 7 am on a Saturday by workers working on the ice machine right by our room"
