Property is in a nice area and for the most part was clean. Staff was shady. Room did not have towels, provided shampoo and conditioner was terrible, no shower curtain and had to lift up on door to properly get it to lock. Staff said they would charge $5 for a lost key and would not print me a receipt to show I turned mine in.

The 2 staff working at the front desk didn’t know how to answer billing questions and were texting their boss and calling him continuously through out our conversation. They also ran our credit card the day before our scheduled arrival. Upon booking we selected pay upon arrival.

Good accommodations with a few gaps.

Very clean. Short on towels, no bath mat and floor extremely slippery. Towels were provided by front desk when requested. We were a party of 4, only three bath towels provided. No hand towels or wash rags. Staff were very accommodating.

I stayed here for 3 days. I would have loved to stay here longer. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a hot breakfast every morning. I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Overall stay, if I had no where to go I would stay here again. The breakfast was disgusting and gross. Pool was freezing, hot tub was super salty. The pool towels were basically hand towels and had to be requested. The toiletries weren’t all that great, which is expected I guess. Anytime you need help you have to ring the phone at the front desk due to no one being up front to greet you and available. The first night when we checked in the staff was not super friendly or helpful with questions.
