Room was fine, shuttle from the airport to the room didn’t show up. I called to let them know that my bag had arrived that I would be waiting outside. They told me the shuttle would be there in 20 minutes, 55 minutes later I took an Uber to the hotel 😣

A warm welcome is expected and highly appreciated…but didn’t have that feeling. Booked the hotel mainly for the hot tub, which my kids were eagerly waiting for and staff said it is out of order..highly disappointing…only two elevators and one is out of order which made everyone wait for long time..overall highly disappointing
