Room was clean and despite being near elevators was quiet actually! Only thing was when I checked in there was a sign indicating fire alarm testing the following morning from 10-11:30. This was fire department direction and not affecting rooms but main floor lobby, conference and restaurant areas. It was fairly off putting but didn’t impact the stay in the room itself.

Nice staff but super dated and old. Needs a severe upgrade or renovation. Also located in a bit of a dodgy area. Comfortable beds, very neat and tidy but it is clear it has not been renovated since the 1990s.

The room was very clean. The staff are very friendly. The widows faced south which made it bright and cozy on our arrival. We dined in the pub and the food was delicious. The Garden Court for breakfast is lovely too and the staff are welcoming, with bottomless coffee.
