Friendly and welcoming every time we have stayed here. The staff consistently make us feel comfortable from the moment we arrive, which really adds to the overall experience. Pictures from Hotels.com did not match the room upon check in, room wasn't as high quality as portrayed. Window was partially open and we were unable to close but maintenance resolved the problem. Breaker was tripping while trying to heat the room and floors were creaking loudly when walking.
