The main floor bathroom has a walk-in shower for easy access. Downstairs, aside from the large bedroom, you will find another full bathroom and a spacious laundry room with table space for working or playing games. Guests have full access to the front and back yards. Quiet neighbourhood, with great walking paths and playgrounds nearby, but also walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Great locations, just over an hour to the ski hills of Banff; 1/2 hour to Calgary.
