It is so difficult to get room service at this hotel for some reason. No one ever answers, you constantly get rerouted and then have to go downstairs to order - then get charged a gratuity and service charge for them to bring it to you. It's a bit ridiculous.

This was a pleasant surprise given that my expectations were not high. I usually stay in the Old Port but business drove me here. Room clean and quiet, bartender knew how to make a proper negroni, wine selection limited but no surprise. Dining exceeded expectations for sure. I will typically dine out whether in Montreal or Milano, but opted to dine here for several reasons. The pollpette very good, rocket salad good, the calamari just ok, but the Greek salad excellent
