“My flight was cancelled and I was unable to check in. Because the cancellation only happened after my scheduled arrival time, it was impossible to meet the hotel’s 48-hour cancellation policy. I was very surprised that an airport hotel doesn’t account for situations like this, since many travelers are subject to last-minute flight disruptions.
