The Space:
This spacious multi-level home is built for groups and families who need real space to spread out. The master bedroom has a king bed. The remaining bedrooms have a queen + single and a double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room for a 9th guest (3 bedrooms / 5 beds total). The standout feature is the private movie theatre — a dedicated room for film nights that keeps the rest of the house quiet. Two living rooms give everyone room to relax together or split off, and the private balcony has open Calgary city views.

This is a part-time family home — some closets are locked and there are personal touches throughout. The home is clean, well-maintained, and set up thoughtfully for guests.
◆ This home does not have air conditioning. Windows open for airflow. Best suited for spring, fall, and winter stays.
◆ There is a separate basement tenant with their own private entrance and a locked door on both sides. Guests rarely see or hear them.
◆ The bunk bed mattress is not thick or supportive — best suited for smaller children.
◆ Pack and Play is provided but please bring your own baby blankets and sheets for the crib.
◆ Stairs are required to enter the home and to access the upper floor — not wheelchair accessible.
◆ Smoke-free and party-free to keep the space comfortable for all guests.
◆ This property may have noise monitoring devices. These devices do not record voices - they track decibel levels only to ensure a comfortable stay for all neighbors. This property may have exterior security cameras at or near all entrances. Cameras are exterior only and are for the safety and security of all guests.
◆ All guests are required to complete identity verification through our third-party screening partner, Truvi, prior to check-in. Bookings are subject to cancellation if verification is not completed.
