I called front desk several times to request water and some other things, nobody never answered the call. We had to visit reception desk every single time for everything. Overall, except for the front desk, rooms were clean and I had great time. Please pick the damn phone at front, someone might have real problem and couldn’t get visit reception every single time.

Coffee machine not working in lounge/restaurant. Towels were not supplied on first request then only got bath towels, no hand towels or face cloths. Hot tub being filled first night we were there.
