Everything was very clean. The staff was very kind and attentive....i had a room issue and it was resolved right away. We were excited to see a very clean pool and hot tub and made use of the hot tub.

I was down in Cochrane visiting family and have stayed at this hotel several times now and the experience has been consistently excellent. The front desk staff are all friendly and efficient at check in and out. The breakfast is quite good offering something for everyone from eggs , bacon, sausage. Several choices of cereal, pancakes, fruits , yogurts and a great selection of breads and bagels. My room was roomy clean and had a fridge and microwave which is always handy. Locatis great offering several restaurants and a Tim Hortons close by.

Staff is friendly and professional. Very quiet stay. Attractive view at back of hotel. Good parking for those with mobility issues. We will be happy to stay again. Heating system in room badly needs cleaning (unpleasant smell when heat turned on.) Breakfasts are adequate. Some good aspects such as the fresh fruit available.
