This is a beautiful modern hotel with exceptionally well-designed rooms. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was light and spacious. The lobby has a pool table and space to gather and work. My room overlooked the river, which was pretty, except for the incredible amount of spiders and webs in between the floor-to-ceiling double-paned glass (not in the room). So I kept the curtains closed and didn't enjoy the scenic cityscape the room would have otherwise afforded. Also, because of the river view side, there was an event below in the river park with a DJ that played dance music until about 9:30pm on a Saturday night. I would definitely stay here again, but would likely ask for a non-river view if I stay on a weekend.

Very nice front desk staff. The hotel is in a very walkable location, with restaurants, bars and a pretty river-side walking trail nearby. Our room had a kind of weird layout, with a lot of wasted space when you first walk in, but it was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Staff are nice, as helpful as they can be and give a great explanation of the room situation. The inside of the hotel is beautiful, and the view is very nice at night. The in-room controls are a really interesting feature—the bathroom light should be able to be dimmed to really enjoy the mood settings. I assume the idea behind the key card to activate power in the room is for energy reduction, and that is fantastic. There does need to be an emergency light over the inside of the doorway that is active when the power is off however. Cons: Parking is expensive and the app that's suggested for use in the parking structure is confusing and useless for rental vehicles. The area around the hotel is grubby, and feels a bit unsafe. For the price (especially once you consider parking), it would be nice for breakfast to be included.

Property was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Walkable to the downtown area. Only drawback is there quite a few homeless people in this area.
