First room we had was not good! They gave us an upgrade to a better room which was very nice. There was some kind of pump running every 15 to 30 seconds at night. We had to get used to. I believe it was under our suite. The people in the resort were very nice and very helpful.! The beach was amazing

The room was cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly. Although it was a challenge to communicate at times, the staff worked hard to make sure information was understood. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant had great food, but don't be in a hurry.

We only received the complement bottle of wine and coffee on the first day. We needed to buy the coffee pouch if we want. Our stay was updated from single bed room to two bedrooms, but we don't need it. There was no hot water on the first day. Although we sent a message to the manager/communicator, but no action was taken. However, was very fast to sell the excursion packages. We needed to go to the front desk to ask for attention on the hot water issues. It was quickly resolved. The property we stayed is building #3 and the room was quite outdated. We spent our days on outdoor activities and only came in for sleep, so no hardship. The cleaning lady did a good job keeping the room tidy! We paid what we got for this expensive part of the vacation destination as expected!

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant adjacent to it was excellent. The pool area was peaceful. The staff was reasonably friendly, but they spoke very little English. It was a long walk uphill from check-in to my room (ending with two flights of stairs; no elevator). My stay included one free breakfast at the restaurant; there were no other food options (or really anything else) in walking distance. No information in the room advising about hotel policies, check-out times, etc. Cabs were easy to get, but pricey.

The stay was pretty good very decent just feel kind of deceived with the amenities that’ says they offer that weren’t true! Breakfast is not included they give u 20% off from there restaurant! No elevator so u do have to carry all ur stuff up and down the stairs! I do have bites but can’t tell what if they were from the bed but I did notice them when I woke up! It did have some nice views though!
