Overall staff friendliness and hospitality was great. Room is very clean, spacious and provided a refrigerator/microwave. I enjoyed the hot tub, particularly on a cold night. Great location to downtown/village area with plenty of dining options close by. I also enjoyed the warm breakfast buffet.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. We used all the amenities including the hot tub and gym. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

I enjoyed my stay here - the property was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, a few interactions stood out as less professional. One staff member frequently expressed frustration during our exchanges, and another appeared visibly irritated with someone in my party during breakfast. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, I believe additional training on professionalism and customer service would be beneficial - particularly around maintaining appropriate conversations and demeanor when interacting with guests. Overall, I appreciated the hospitality and hope this feedback helps enhance future guest experiences.
