This unit has a wonderful sunny large upstairs bedroom with a desk. Note that the bathroom is downstairs. The living room is dark and has old sofa and easy chair that smell of dog. Kitchen/bath are dated but ok. The exterior of the unit has dirty windows/siding and porch. The location is convenient to a grocery store and 15 minutes walk to downtown. The neighborhood is transitional with some nicely remodeled historic houses and some that need much work. It felt reasonably safe. The manager is very accessible and quick to respond.

We stayed over July 4 weekend to see the Niagara area. This place is 1 block from the grocery store and super easy access to the highway to visit Canada or Niagara Falls. The A/C kept us cool during the heat wave. The unit was per the photos and clean. It was easy to tidy with the wood floors and broom provided. Our host was responsive. Tips: bring bottled water if you’re sensitive to water taste. Keep freezer items to smaller than standard ice cream carton (half gal); the freezer door only opens partially. Bring coffee grounds for the regular coffee maker.
