The entire place was beautiful, the nearness to our event was especially appreciated. The valet staff were amazing at helping with questions about the surrounding area. The staff were top notch all around. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

This was a really beautiful hotel and the staff was very friendly and attentive. It has a very large parking garage for onsite parking; so that's a plus as well. It's centrally located in downtown Buffalo; so a good choice for any events in the city you might be visiting. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Buffalo.
