The staff at the check in counter was very nice. But our room (Suite) that we booked months in advance was not available to us until 7:00 PM. We were given another room to hold our things but we had set plans which included a dinner reservation and a 7:00 PM start to an NHL game. So not great.

Staff was very helpful. Outdoor rink was close enough to walk. Shopping close by. Few indoor steps to Keybank. Perfect spot if you are attending a Sabres game.

Staff were courteous and helpful with directions regarding the Bandits game we went to attend. We utilized the valet parking and were able to walk into the game from the garage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was good and staff were pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. We liked that the bed was very firm as it is what we prefer. We plan to stay again when we visit Buffalo
