Staff were courteous and helpful with directions regarding the Bandits game we went to attend. We utilized the valet parking and were able to walk into the game from the garage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was good and staff were pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. We liked that the bed was very firm as it is what we prefer.
