Convenient location and nice clean hotel

We stayed one night for a concert. The hotel is very nice and conveniently located to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the sink is outside the bathroom. Some people might like that but I have never been a fan. Shower was fantastic. I didn't have the breakfast the next morning but some of my group did and they said it was good. I would stay there again.

Expedia didn't send over the virtual card for payment and Farhad was amazing at getting us checked in and staying calm while phoning many different support lines. At the same time he checked others in and was training a new employee. Dude was an absolute beauty.

Service is not good and ........ not trustworthy

Issues 1) I checked out at 6 am and in my rush, I left a brand new pair of shoes in the room ($200 shoes). When I arrived home less than 24 hr later (and after searching all of my belongings) I called to ask them to send me the shoes. They said no shoes had been found in the room. They first said they were thrown away, then a manager got on the phone and said they didn't find any when they cleaned the room ... BS! Nothing they could do. So, I'm out the brand new $200 shoes. 2) Ironically, I was there for 3 days and the room was not cleaned once, and nothing was updated like towels etc. No mention was made when I checked that cleaning would not be performed and if I wanted them to clean the room. 3) Parking isn't great, but I wouldn't review that if it weren't for #1 and #2. Not sure who stayed in this hotel before and gave it a decent rating, because it's one of the worst I've stayed in, at least from a service standpoint.

Standard BW Room.

Standard room - didn’t live the first floor location off the parking lot, or the shower with no door, not the whistle of the gray parrot in the evening. Didn’t have breakfast - looked at it - seemed to be standard buffet fare.
