The only area that was not clean was behind the table. I think they forgot to move the table to vacuum. Other than that everything else was wonderful

I need reimbursed. My reservation was canceled due to water leak. I did not find out until i arrived at 8:30 Thursday night and had to drive 20 miles to a hotel that i had to book that night. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET MY REFUND?
