Rooms were quite messy. Multiple rooms that are listed as non-smoking have very clear evidence of smoking beyond 3rd hand smoke smell. The staff excuse is "Well its an old building", bed bugs were rampant

The walls weren’t finished, they upgrading the rooms I guess. There was Sheetrock dust everywhere and my sons had another room and they saw roaches and in my room there was a mouse.

I understand it is an older hotel but the conditions of the rooms are terrible .You walk in and it smells like smoke and mildew .Very old and dirty chairs a person wouldn’t dare sit in .The bed had springs in the mattress not comfortable at all .Bathroom was dirty , found a dead roach on the floor , old shampoo and soap and a floor towel in the tub .The wallpaper by the door had been wet and was peeling down , curtains were very old and yellowed from smoke .Only positive was location .Will not be staying here again

The main lights didn’t work at the door. There was roaches crawling on the counter top and in the sick in the bathroom. Comb under the bed mattress that looked like it had been there a while. Floor had dirt all over. Very unclean. Person living in the next room over had pets. Did not stay refused and received a refund.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This property had roaches and smelled of smoke, even though I requested a non smoking room. I brought the issue to staff and asked to speak to a manager to request a refund and was told one would not be available until Monday and they had no authority to process a refund. There was another couple complaining of roaches as well. Terrible hotel!!

We found bedbugs in our room and my husband got bit a couple times that’s how we knew they were there so be careful !!! And the manager said it wasn’t bedbugs it was roaches lol like that is any better !!!

I think paris Inn is one of the better hotels in this area. The pool is nice , the rooms are clean and the air conditioning is amazing . The staff are friendly.
