The hotel is beautiful with all of it lounges to sit in. Cleaning staff for the room was hit and miss. When we arrived there was a half eaten sandwich is our mini bar. Our in room coffee was never replenished for 3 nights and missing coffee cups also the wine glasses were left in the room dirty. I phoned the front desk to get more coffee and was told that I could come down to the front desk and get it myself. Not 4 star at all.The bar is beautiful but when the bartender has to look at a book to make the drinks that are on the menu (a Negroni and a Manhattan) seems a little strange to me especially when the drinks are $15.50 euro a drink. Plus no wait service in the bar you have to go to the bar and order. Great location but hopefully they will get crap together
