Swampy smelling room. We notified the hotel when we realized it wasn’t because of the Canal. No action was taken. Also no amenities at this hotel, not even able to get milk for coffee. No food other than the served breakfast.

Horrible WiFi

We only book rooms which have free WiFi. This hotel SAYS free WiFi in every room, but my husband wasn’t able to get WiFi on his computer. He had to spend HOURS working at the bar.

The hotel is gorgeous. A tiny bit inconvenient for people with a disability, there are some stairs they will need to take or 2 elevators which were slightly confusing. We were a group of 6 older women whom walked many nights, and all got food from differant restaurant and wanted to play cards and eat dinner in the lobby, we were asked to bring our food to our rooms and outside food was not allowed in the lobby-what?! This was a suprise, as drinks were the only thing being served at nignt. This was a bummer...
