It was overall good for the price however room was looking tired, left side of the bed was broken which meant that sleep was uncomfortable (however could just be unfortunate in the room we stayed in) and there was a bad sewage smell in the room so we had to keep the windows open when in the room (again it could have just been our room that had this problem). It was easy to check in and out but with no reception, we weren’t able to raise this issue with staff.

We had a lovely stay at the chocolate suites and the hotel is in an amazing location!! However to rate this 5 star it would have been great to have a few more mirrors in the room, as you can imagine 4 women getting ready 1 mirror in the bathroom wasn’t ideal, we could have done with a few in the bedrooms too. Also the bathroom in Room 2 was very tiny, two of us were pregnant so it was a little tricky to manoeuvre in there. Overall it was a lovely stay and it was so nice to just use codes to get into the property and not a key.
