The bed was amazing! Slept so well. Staff were excellent and very professional and friendly. Room had a few niggling issues but nothing of concern. A beautiful place to stay and is close to everything you could ask for! Will be back again!!

Hotel needs a bit of work is the short of it. Half of the lifts were out of service and few doors were open during the night. The room itself is nice and comfortable but just lacks updating. Examples coffee machine but only one coffee pod, lack of power points. Amenities still in individual throw away containers. Coming back at night is quite an effort to find a door that is open and a lift that works.
