Room was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly on both check in and check out. The hotel is within walking distance to the Queen Street Mall, Casino and South Bank. It’s the second time I’ve stayed there and it’s still wonderful.

Horrible old smell ,in hotel very old neglected we had noise from construction outside in the street below the room from 9pm untill after 11pm on Sunday evening right absolutely disgusting, hotel staff were not interested when I complained the next morning

Easy and friendly check in, nothing was too much trouble. Room was impeccably clean, very spacious. Location was great, close to the Casino, CBD and SouthBank. In room espresso machine was a plus, but coffee downstairs and breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable and soundproof rooms. Will stay again!
