Stayed at the W Brisbane recently and couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. The service was unreal—staff were incredibly friendly, switched-on, and always attentive without being over the top. You can tell they really care about the guest experience.The room itself was amazing—beautifully designed, super comfortable, and had everything you could want. Getting a complimentary upgrade was an unexpected bonus that just topped it all off. Everything about the stay felt high-end but still relaxed, which is rare to pull off. Definitely worth the trip, and I’ll 100% be staying there again next time I’m in Brisbane.

Staff were amazing and friendly, particularly check in/check out lady and the lovely lady that delivered our breakfast in the morning. However, the downsides were that the air conditioning was not cold enough for me despite putting it on the coldest temperature with the highest fan setting, I felt hot all night. There also didn’t feel like there was any air conditioning in the elevators. Additionally, unfortunately on arrival, despite the bed and towels looking very clean, tidy and presentable, there were 2 dirty drinking cups left in the room along with a ‘drink on arrival’ sign which with no drink which had obviously been left from last person and there. There was also only 1 pair of slippers and 1 small bottle of water. I think whoever set up the room, must have just missed a few things. Overall it was ok, but without a great nights sleep due to the heat I wouldn’t stay again.
