Friendly helpful staff. Great views from our room. Lounge was stained and dirty. Bathroom floor was stained, and shower cubicle door was dirty and had some rust around the hinge. Despite this we enjoyed our experience and will book again in the future.

This was our second stay at the SkyTower and we will be back for a third. The view from our room was AMAZING and we really appreciated an upgrade to a higher floor and an extra bathroom from the very helpful and friendly concierge. Parking was easy and plentiful, though the presence of electric vehicles under a high rise was somewhat nerve-wracking. The location in Brisbane is fantastic for eating and sightseeing. Highly recommend the SkyTower for anyone visiting Brisbane.

Amazing staycation on the 80th floor, the view is stunning. The hotel pool is beautiful sadly not heated and very cold. Early checkin was fast and handled by the lovelyTyra, she was very helpful and friendly. Our flight was in the evening and we were able to get an extra hour until midday only with a small payment. Skytower is central and walking distance to all amenities, good restaurants shopping, transportation, supermarket, botanic gardens and river ferry.

Pool not heated - it is freezing!!!

+ Beds were super comfy, rooms were spacious, never waited long for a lift, location was great for access to city, botanic gardens - pool is not heated! Indoor pool on the 40th floor and it isn’t heated… massive inconvenience as we had booked this to holiday and swim with our 5 and 3 year olds

Upgraded to a high floor. Loved the view. Totally worth the extra cost.
