Our first room was not right - there was a problem with the door not closing properly in one of the bathrooms, an odd smell coming from the other bathroom, and the living space was not as described (although they had 'upgraded' us to a 3 bedroom which we didn't need - so the room type was different). The next day we asked for a two bedroom, as ordered, with the larger living space - and were upgraded to a three bedroom with huge living space and amazing view - on the 71st floor - absolutely spectacular view!

Room was very clean, had towel exchange a couple of times during the week. Very efficient.All staff we had dealings with were courteous and helpful. Wifi was on and off. Though it showed a connection, speeds were varied. Sometimes not able to load a page. Was our second time at this property, happy to return again. Convenient location, is great to be able to have breakfast with the view.

The sky tower was the perfect location for me close to shopping center easy secure parking (you have to pay) but you can walk everywhere. dining options are unlimited. Public transport is accessible bus train and ferry very close by. Great pool, great gym great bbq area for relaxing. Motel apartment was clean , staff was great.

Cheap blinds in bedrooms. No blackout curtains. Very plain decors and overall appearance is tired and worn out. Especially bathrooms. Gym is embarrassing. 2 simple cardio machines. That’s basically it. Reception staff is very nice and accommodating. Price too high for what you’re getting. Better off staying in hotel.

The room is spotless, I booked a one bedroom and they gave me two bedroom at the checkin because i think it was available and its christmas eve . Will definetly come back to stay here again.
