Not very clean. Hair on the bedspread, dirt all on the shelves and the dishes needing washing before use. The bedside drawers were broken and a bedside table lamp wouldn't work

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I found it difficult doing the extensive online check-in including scanning ID and inputting bond payment card details. Staff were helpful when I called them. It was useful to have the washing machine right outside. Netflix was not working, but other channels were. Price was on the high side.
