This 8-bedroom, 5.5-bath lodge + private ADU sleeps 22 guests across over 2 acres of gated grounds, featuring spa amenities, a chef’s kitchen, a Theatre/Game room with a 100” TV and 425 feet of private riverfront with both walking and ADA paved access paths.


The estate includes three ADA-accessible decks, two ponds, Zen gardens, a yoga pavilion, multiple fire pits, two grilling stations, and a full-property backup generator for stormy mountain nights. Inside, you’ll find two dining tables seating 20, multiple fireplaces, a stunning kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, and a separate ADU for extra privacy.

This is not just a home — it is an entire mountain retreat estate designed for comfort, accessibility, gathering, and unforgettable group experiences.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
