The Space:

The condo has one king bedroom, one bathroom with shower, an open living/dining area, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The electric fireplace provides flame effects and supplemental heat; it is not wood-burning. The living-room pullout can sleep additional guests but has a known uneven/slanted feel when open. This is a condo in a multi-unit building, so footsteps and normal living noise from the unit above may be audible.



Guest Access:

The rental itself is private, with no shared interior guest space. Self check-in uses the condo-door pin pad, not a lockbox. The fixed condo PIN is provided in the secure guest portal/current check-in message. The verified arrival workflow does not use a separate guest gate code or a reservation-specific condo code.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is in Fairway Estates within the Mount Hood Oregon Resort golf-course area in Welches. Mountain businesses, recreation access, road conditions, and operating hours change seasonally; verify current conditions and destinations before making a special trip.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is strongly recommended. Rideshare, taxi, trailhead transportation, drive times, and road conditions are limited or variable in the mountain area and must be checked for the specific trip. Do not rely on a guaranteed ride service.



Other Things to Note:

Recent stays have reported water pressure dropping when more than one fixture or appliance uses water, along with toilet refill/flush trouble and slow bathroom drainage. Operations is inspecting the system; until a completed repair is documented, avoid simultaneous water use and report any failure immediately. A portable A/C unit is not currently promised because the equipment has not been verified onsite. The building is multi-unit and upstairs footstep noise may be audible.
