All you will need is your suitcase! This beachfront condo has everything you will want and more. This 3 bedroom/2 bath spacious condo is the top floor, end unit which provides lots of natural light, with top finishes in detailing, cabinetry, flooring, and special dramatic lighting effects in the glass cabinetry and trey ceilings. The owners spared no expense to provide honeycomb sliding shades over the glass doors and plantation shutters on the windows, insulating the unit from the beach sun while giving the guests privacy in the evening hours. The centralized kitchen is enhanced with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is equipped with everything you will need to prepare a full-course meal or quick snack. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom,  flat screen TV and sliding doors that open up to the screened balcony. The first guest room features a queen-size bed, flat screen TV while the other guest room features two twin beds and flat screen TV. This unit also features a separate laundry room centrally located in the unit that has a full-size washer and dryer. This unit also comes with beach equipment and WiFi throughout the home for use during your stay.

AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.
