Great location. Room rate was a bargain even for first week of local offseason. No hassle walk from room to a nice beach in 5-10 steps. Great island for a long weekend unwind. Room was newly renovated and clean. Excellent find.

Ask what side

The hotel and property is great mainly because it’s new. However you must be careful to ask what side your room is facing because “beachside” means to most people that you are getting a room that faces the beach. Not so with their meaning of beach side. “Beachside” for them is a room that faces the street where cars pass by. “Beachfront” means you are getting a room that faces the beach for them. So be careful and sure to ask what you are getting as I was fooled.

It is place that I 100% recommend. Receptionist and the handyman, super helpful and available all the time for phone call. The sensation to get out of the bed, open your door and see the ocean at like 30 feet is amazing. A place that I will return for sure.

Beautiful view of gulf in great room!

Had difficulty finding office since it was at a different property. Received check in notification of where office was located after we arrived and called to find out where to go. However, accommodations were fabulous. Would have liked a microwave in the room.

Really cute room, decorated very nice but there were a few things I missed from a traditional hotel. The pool was very small and a block from our room. They need an outdoor shower somewhere for when you are done st the beach because there was so much sand that we brought in. But we loved Anna Maria island
