Condo has been completely remodeled in the last few months.***Amenities in the complex are a tennis court, largest salt water heated pool on the island, exercise facility, canoe launch, and private fishing pier.*** Added bonuses include a nearby trolley stop, a view of the pond from your outdoor sitting area, wireless internet, extended cable, landline and private in-unit washer and dryer, full kitchen and large flat screen TV in living room. The master bedroom features a King bed with ensuite bath, and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom features a full-size bed and a twin bed, also with a flat screen TV. Sleeps up to 5.

As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available.

This unit provides beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy, and a cooler. Keurig and Regular drip coffee maker are included with this rental.

Anna Marie Island Trip

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor things that need to be fixed at the Unit. It is a little noisy if there are upstairs neighbors with children running around. It was a great location with restaurants in walking distance and the beach was super nice. The unit is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. The grounds of the complex are well kept and the pool was nice. Good place for a family.

Great condo, great location. Got into the property almost 2hrs late (6pm) so that was a bit frustrating. There was an ironing board but never located an iron. And there was a sewer gas smell coming from the laundry closet that seemed to have gotten worse as the week went on.

The condo was in a great location with quick access to the beach and could easy get to wicked Cantina and the bridge street area. The actual condo was in great shape and had no real complaints. Just be mindful it's a bottom floor condo so guests can be heard above you which we didn't mind.
