Sunset Terrace Condo #108 is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath Gulf front condo with a heated pool located at 2312 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach.
This first floor unit offers a spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico right from your Livingroom and has ability to sleep six guests with a king size bed, a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa.

There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your use and convenience. There is a 42" LCD television in the living room with a Blu-Ray DVD and access to Netflix, if you have an account with them. There is a 46" television in the master bedroom and a 31" television in the guest bedroom.

Covered parking, a heated pool and ground level storage with beach gear complete the package.

Sunset Terrace is a very popular Bradenton Beach rental so please book early.
This is a smoke free property with a one week minimum stay.
