Dolphin Dance North Directly Across From Beach

The Dolphin Dance North side, located at 803 Gulf Drive South is an impressive, two bedroom one and one half bath duplex with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious, town home unit will sleep six with a queen size bed, a full size bed and a sofa bed. Extras include washer and dryer, VCR, DVD There is a 40 inch television in the living room. The master bedroom has an 18 inch television.

Enjoy the sunsets from the large palladium windows overlooking the beach. Dolphin Dance North can be rented in conjunction with the south side unit next door for groups up to twelve. There is a gas grill onsite for your use as well as a Shared washer and dryer.

The location is amazing for beach goers. Beautiful sunsets almost every day with an unobstructed view. The pictures are not up to date. The purple and teal rooms and bathroom are very neutral toned now. There was no rug in the living room or pillows for the couch. Surfaces and refrigerator were very clean. Host checked in on us through text which was very friendly. We did play the who's doing laundry with the neighbor since its shared. The one thing that stood out was the disgusting carpet from the stairs and bedrooms. It felt and looked dirty. Probably due to being a rental. I would stay here again and/or rent the other side. It was a good price for my trip.

Dirty walls in bathrooms. Couch stunk and carpet was filthy. Kept running into the glass coffee table cause we couldn’t see the corners so we had to move it out of our way. Bed in west was terribly uncomfortable other than that is was fine but we won’t be back

Location! The view from this condo is so preety. All you have to do is walk accross the road and you are on the beach or a great walking path along the beach. Just a few blocks to the North and you have the quant downtown with food and music.

Convenient Rental

This property is super convenient to the beach and to restaurants and shops on Bridge Street. We had a very relaxing stay.

A beach lovers paradise

Such a great location. The beach is right across the street. The sounds of having to cross the street may sound discouraging, but the traffic is very slow and they let you cross as soon as you want to. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of stairs, but that was a good thing after eating all the good food in the area.The village is within a short walking distance with a lot of good eateries and entertainment. There is still a lot of storm damage around the area, but things are getting fixed. Bring a flashlight, because there aren't any streetlights when walking back to the unit. We used our phones, but could have used more light. We plan to stay there again next year.

Great location!

Aside from some hurricane clean up, this unit had great location, great views and cozy comfort. Some interior updates are needed but not an issue when that white sand beach 30 feet away is calling!

Anniversary stay

It was very nice for a Anniversary get away. The sun rise and the sun sets were just beautiful. The sound of the waves hitting the shore , so relaxing , with the beach across the street. We were very satisfied.

4 or 5 issues (a few minor and a couple major) were found upon arrival and some were handled the following day. Cleanliness was sketchy, at best, as the No. side of the duplex had not been updated. Property management was excellent in their handling of the situation and communication with them was great. Unfortunately, we were called away for a family emergency after only 2 days there so I don't know if the major issues were taken care of or not. If we were to return we would request the So. side of the duplex (updated) but not the No. side. again.

Wasn’t as pictured, pretty sure the pics were of a different house… was quite smaller than pics on line showed… that wasn’t too big a deal .. but walls here and there are dirty or scuffed up looks not really run down but not nice as exspected… most the lack of an upstairs A/C was biggest downfall.. it stayed good 4-5 warmer upstairs…Was not happy about that! Downstairs bathroom walls was dirty , need cleaned! And need an instruction sheet on how to once turn on TVs,’to get the cable to work.. I mean we figured it out but took a bit

Location was good. Inside: The carpet is disgusting. The vacuum doesn't work and no broom to be foundHad to mop the tile because it was not cleaned well. Additionally, the grout in several areas look black.Shower handle falls of shower and toilets need a much deeper clean. Black grime seen on shower enclosure and inside toilet wherebwater comes out Stove bake temp increase/decrease doesn't work. Fridge ice dispenser only works on crush setting and water barely comes out. Not a big deal but shows lack of maintenance. Couches are extremely dirty and old . YuckWalls are filthy Washer fixed. Thank you TV in 2nd bedroom doesn't work with cable. ?instructions not to be found.

Vacation didn’t start well. We didn’t arrive until 9:30. We were traveling from Massachusetts. When we got there it was completely dark. We had to climb a substantial number of steps in darkness which I didn’t realize when I booked. When I tried the code I was given it didn’t work. Thank goodness for the flashlight on my phone. I searched for the number to call and finally reached someone. After sometime they realized the lock had been changed recently. Why did they change the code!!! It was a very long day - like I said not a good start. The only good thing I can say is it’s a great location right across from the beach. It’s a short walk to Bridge street which has restaurants and shops. The place needs a good cleaning. Only the bare minimum has been done for years. To start with the sink faucet had gunk on it as did the drain- really gross. I called for cleaning supplies to at least clean some things rather than wait for someone to come. There wasn’t even a broom. I can’t believe someone wrote what a great place and how clean it was. I washed things I would use and set aside. I bought water and ice because even though the refrigerator ice/water the filter needed to be replaced. The whole place feels dirty. The filter needs to be replaced for the AC. I can’t believe the dust in the vent. I’ve never stayed in a place this dirty. The mattresses are so uncomfortable. They need to be replaced. Didn’t sleep well at all. As for amenities there was a washer/dryer that was broken the two weeks we were there. It was never fixed when we left. No blender, pot holder (my daughter brought one), had one rusty cookie sheet. Nothing but the bare minimum. Had a great time though. First time to AMI but if I come back I’ll be more careful where I rent and with who. The owners need to do something about years of neglect. You can’t expect to collect this kind of money and not provide services- like a clean place.

Great Views!

Good place to stay and a great location! Looking out from the unit you get a beautiful view of the Gulf. If you are looking to spend your vacation on the beach you cannot beat this location. This unit is just across the main road from the Cortez Beach and the Gulf and maybe a mile walk down the beach to Coquino Beach. Plus it is only a couple blocks from the shops and restaurants on Bridge street. It has two nice bedrooms up stairs that share a full bathroom in-between the rooms. A nice big great room on the first floor with the kitchen and TV area and a half bath. The washer and dryer set are cumbersomely stuck in a close that connect to both units in this duplex condo. But at least you have a laundry to take advantage of. Although I could see from the website pictures there was no balcony or pool I did miss having one or some place to sit and enjoy the outside and access to a pool for my wife.

Great sunset view!

Great location! Short walk to the beautiful beach. The construction going on took away from the beauty & charm of AMI, but still do-able. The larger bedroom pictures show a sofa, in which we thought was the sofa bed, it was not. It would have worked out well for our grandkids. (The sofa bed is in the living room). Our toaster was broken and the grill was out of propane, but a simple text message to IVP and they took care of it right away. Our door lock code system was not working correctly, so we went to the office and got keys, instead of using the code. There was an issue with the TV/Wi-Fi in the South unit, but the box was in our unit (North) so we had to have someone available or have maintenance at our unit, 3 times during our stay, which did make us a bit uncomfortable. The washing machine had some issues (occasionally) with filling with water, but not washing, draining and spinning, just before we left. I notified IVP of the issues but uncertain if is was corrected or not. The smaller bedroom is pretty small and closet space is tiny. Not very useful for hanging clothes. There were plenty of bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels and dish towels. We had to purchase our dish cloths, there were none in the unit. The sharp knives were very dull and there were limited amount of butter knives. Plenty of other utensils as well as dinnerware. Other than Red Tide happening, we did have a good time at Dolphin Dance N. If a renter has a problem or question, IVP will try to help you as soon as they can. Pete and Sue m Minnesota

Lack of Luster

When we arrived we noticed a lot of the sinks fixtures door handles were all rusted the floors were sticky and the only thing updated was the kitchen. There were no instructions on how to operate the Tv's, the TV remotes had their batteries in backwards. The TV in one of the bedrooms did not work We pulled glassware out of the cupboard that still had baked on food on it and there was holes in the walls and peeling paint.
