While the room was fine and clean. We had to end our trip early due to a child falling ill. We were there 3 hrs and will not even attempt at trying to do even a partial refund. Bit of a let down. Will not stay at any Spring Hill Suites going forward.

The room was clean with ample towels and soaps. Breakfast was good but staff was not very attentive. Some of the food was not hot and it seemed as if beverages and food kept running out.

The shower had hair and soap in it before we used it. We chose this hotel so that the kids could swim after a very long car ride and the pool was freezing cold. No one at all was swimming and the hotel was pretty full. Will NOT be staying at one of these again.
