Clean rooms, good location for us - on a family trip and stopped in for a night to head to the Corvette Museum. It's close to the highway (lots of traffic noise, but we are from the city and are use to that).

Not great… I don’t expect perfection or anything fancy but it’s not that hard to keep a place clean. The couch was so nasty looking we didn’t want to sit on it, there was soap scum in the shower, dried soap all over the soap dispenser, hair on the pillow shams, dirty windows and broken blinds. It was little things but a LOT of little things.

The apartment was very clean. Beds comfortable and pillows as well. Location was close to all the attractions we visited. The kitchen was furnished nicely with dishes and utensils although we didn’t cook.

Finding the correct apartment was not easy. Booking picture door number did not match the confirmation email. Apartment wasn’t filthy but not super clean. Found pen inner parts and other items on kitchen floor. Bathroom tub had bits of brown coming out of seal during shower. Nail sticking up on one of top steps and I caught my sock on it. Master bedroom ceiling had gross spot. Found food under living room end table and behind living room couch had not been cleaned in a good long while.

Nice home and the host was attentive. I locked us out within 30 min and they came right over to unlock. The wifi didn't work which was a major inconvenience and the host didn't respond after 936 pm the last night after continuous communication. So we weren't able to stream any TV or complete homework. Host has since apologized but the inconvenience has passed.

The apartment/ condo appears very clean snd smells clean. The back door was unlocked when we got there. You had to pull up on the door to get the lock to engage. The fan in the half bath didn't work. The fan in the full bathroom sounded as if it were going to take off. A roach crawled across the living room floor. There is a nail sticking up in the midfle of the first step going down the steps. It served our purpose for a last minute stay when slmost everything was booked for parent weekend.

Poor Check in and communication

The door code was not correct. We spent over an hour trying to figure out our unit number and our entry code. We left and was an hour late for our event. After several calls to the host and a call to VRBO the entry code was reset and we were able to gain entry after our event, at midnight.
