The property was recently renovated. Very stylish rooms, Contessa restaurant upstairs is hip and delicious, the beds and bedding are very comfortable and we even had eye masks in our room. The location is great on Newbury street and across from the Boston commons. Perfect for a weekend escape

Chic decor, comfy rooms, great staff, excellent restaurant (Contessa). The only things that weren’t perfect were longish waits for one of the three elevators, and 40 minutes to get breakfast room service ( so I advise ordering breakfast the night before to make sure it arrives exactly when you want it). Excellent hotel and great location for exploring boston

We loved our one-night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We had a beautiful park-facing king room on a high floor. The staff was very kind and responsive. The gym is great --- well-equipped and well-maintained. Location could not be better if you plan to explore Boston by foot or the T.
