The Newbury is everything a five star hotel should be. Beautiful building, well appointed rooms, immaculate service, and the best location in Boston - with fabulous views across the park and the shops of Newbury street just yards away.

My only complaint is that the bed in room 823 is way too soft on the left side (if you are looking at the bed). The middle and right sides are not worn out.

Fabulous location overlooking the Boston Common park and walkable to so much. The staff of this hotel was fabulous and the comfort of the bed was top notch. I would definitely return to this hotel and reccomend it to anyone staying in Boston.
