Everything at hotel was as expected, only problem was what i booked through hotel. Com was not what i got when i got there. I was supposed to have 2 queen size beds instead one queen size bed and a kitchen and a sofa. Was really disappointed by this.

Our first room the bathroom wall the the baseboard were coming off the wall. The hall way and the room smelled musty. Our next room was just as unclean and the shower wasnt working. I had to ask for clorox wipes to clean the room myself after one of the staff asked me if my kids knew what clean was because they were disgusted and wanted to leave. They were more annoyed that I didnt like the condition of the rooms then about fixing the issues. Breakfast was supbar with low quality items. The top of the coffee lids had mold. I came from out of state, and didnt know the area with no car and prepaid. This hotel wasnt worth the price, all the negative reviews were right. I would book somewhere else. I'll add pictures if I can.

Nice facility with lots of amenities. Pool, gym, spacious rooms with kitchens and a separate living area. The shopping center across the way is huge and has lots of options for restaurants and shopping.

My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was well maintained. I would have given them 5 stars overall except for the WiFi. It was extremely slow. I only learned when I checked in that is by design, as the property will provide a faster - some may call it normal - speed WiFi for an extra, daily charge. No where in the hotel listing is this stated. I gave the property feedback and the manager wrote they will work “to ensure all details are fully transparent moving forward”.

The suite is great, but I wish there were a less expensive option for just a room as it's only me staying for a night's sleep. Breakfast presents very nicely, but the quality of the food is not good. I'm sure many don't care as it's "free" but it's just low quality food.
