The hotel was meticulously clean and well-appointed. The concierge staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was beautiful. The one complaint we had was that the beds were PAINFULLY uncomfortable - the mattresses were lumpy and higher in the middle than on the sides - like sleeping on a sack of rocks. This is why we give this hotel 4 stars instead of 5.

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I had been warned about the cost of breakfast so I was prepared for that. We found several little places within walking distance to eat and when we did dine at the hotel, it was very good.
